There is. We provide Internet access by free Wi-Fi connection.

What documents should be provided while check-in?

For the RF citizens - the RF citizen passport, the birth certificate - for those below 14 years old. For foreign citizens - the passport, the visa (if necessary), the migration card.

Can citizens of foreign counties receive the registration in the Hotel?

Yes, they can. The registration in our Hotel is available during all the period of staying.

Are there any irons & kettles in the rooms?

A.

There are no irons in the rooms, but there is a 24 hours iron room, free to access. There are kettles in ‘BUSINESS’, ‘BUSINESS PLUS’, ‘DE LUXE’, ‘STANDARD WITH KITCHEN’ rooms. As well there are coolers with hot & cold water on any floor.

Can the second guest stay in the hotel without a passport?

A.

He can’t. The room is provided only after the passport presentation as well as by the second of the third guests. One should present the birth certificate for staying of children below 14 years old.

When can I check-in?

A.

According to the Hotel RECORD staying rules, check-in time is from 14-00 MT.

Can I check-in before 14-00, in case if I come earlier?

A.

Yes, you can without any extra charge & in case if there are free rooms. In case if you need assured early check-in, you can book a room on the following offer: 00 to midday - 50% room price

If you know that your train, buss or plane arrives in Moscow earlier than 14-00, we recommend you to inform our hotel manager beforehand.  Please, contact: +7 499-733-00-55

Can I leave my luggage in the Hotel for keeping if there is no chance to check-in before 14-00?

Yes, you can. There is a luggage room in the Hotel. The service is free of charge. All you need is to address to the reception.

A.

According to our Hotel rules check-out time is at 12:00 MT.

Can I check-out after 12:00 MT?

A.

If you’re not in time to check-out before 12:00, address the hotel manager & we’ll extend your staying if there are any free rooms. In this case the payment charges as follows: check-out before 18:00 - 50% room price; check-out after 18:00 - full room price.

Do you provide a transfer service & how can it be ordered?

You should provide us the following data:

Your surname, name, second name, contact phone number;

Your plane or train date & arrival time;

The railway station or the airport name.

Payment has to be made to a driver after having arrived at destination.

Yes, there is.

What security system is there in your Hotel?

Hotel is under 24 hour guarding. As well there are security cameras along the hotel territory perimeter : halls & corridors, excluding rooms, WC, saunas.

What does the Hotel overlook?

One part of the Hotel overlooks a small own park, while the other does the town public garden.

Are there any smoking & non-smoking rooms in the Hotel?

A.

Smoking is forbidden in the rooms, at balconies, inside the Hotel RECORD.  There are special arranged smoking areas outside for smoking guests.

Is there a laundry in the hotel?

Yes, there is. The Hotel provides washing & laundry services. For more detailed information, please, address the hotel manager.

Can I receive guests in my room?

A.

The Hotel guests’ visiting by third persons is permitted by mutual agreement of the hotel management & the guest subject to the visitor check-in based on the identity document.  Visitors’ receiving is permitted from 7:00 to 22:00.

What reportings are given at the accommodation payment?

You’re given a receipt during check-in & an invoice agreement at cash or card payments.

What payment methods are possible?

There are few accommodation & service payment methods provided by the Hotel:

For individuals: payments in cash or by a card (VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro). For legal persons: payments in cash or by a card at check-in. Noncash payments from a company settlement account.

We provide all the necessary closing documents for the legal persons.

What is the ‘BUSINESS’ rooms difference from the rest?

A.

‘BUSINESS’ rooms have been repaired in July of 2016 & represent more comfortable segment. There is a widen cosmetic kit in addition. There are bathrobes, a tea basket, a kettle. The room is furnished with upholstered furniture, air conditioner.

Are there any safes in the rooms?

A.

There no safes in our Hotel rooms. However, you can address the hotel manager at the reception & use an individual one.

Is there the shutdown of the hot water supply in summer?

A.

No, there is not. The Hotel RECORD has the own hot water reserve system.
